From the two balconies of the modern apartment on the first floor of the family house you will have a great view of the scenery. Have you ever seen the sun setting over Ještěd? No? Well, you'll be amazed!
What about the kids, do they have a place to play?
Of course they do! In the summer, they can run wild in the garden, play on the climbing frames and build sandcastles in the sandpit, slide down the slide or do flips on the large trampoline. Just behind the house there is a singletrack for mountain bikes. And you can even have a ball on the playground of Hanč’s sports club with asphalt surface! In winter it magically turns into an ice rink. Just 50 metres from the house is the first ski lift Barka. And cross-country skiing tracks? These can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Facilities
The apartment with separate entrance comprises 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room and a living room where there is a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kelte, lever coffee maker and toaster. Of course there is Wi-Fi, a smart TV, towels and bath towels, kitchen towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets. A cot, children's toilet seat, potty and high chair are available on request.
You will especially appreciate the shelf heating with shoe dryers in the corridor in winter. There is a lockable ski storage room in winter and a covered bicycle parking in summer. Parking for 2 cars is right next to the house.

The daily CZK 25 recreation fee for people over 18 years of age is not included in the price of accommodation (2023).
The daily CZK 30 recreation fee for people over 18 years of age is not included in the price of accommodation (2024).
The whole apartment is always rented (max. 6 persons).
In the peak winter and summer season we prefer weekly stays.
Heating in the summer season or off-season outside the heating period CZK 300/day.
Payment terms
After a binding order we will confirm your reservation and send you information with a request to pay 50% deposit. The rest must be paid so that it is credited on the day of arrival.
Cancellation fee
0 % of the deposit up to 60 days before arrival50 % of the deposit between 59-15 days before arrival
100 % of the deposit for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, i.e., 50% of the total price
Departure
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 3 pm onwards, and on the day of departure it is necessary to leave the apartment by 10 am. If the apartment is not subsequently occupied by other guests, it is possible to postpone the departure time in agreement with the owners.
